Online Training Programme (9-12yrs)

Cycling Ireland Youth Commission is excited to offer a youth programme for girls and boys aged 9-12yrs. The programme has been designed by Cycling Ireland Coach, Jamie Blanchfield of Premier Endurance.

As well as a weekly live Zoom session (please see details below) led by Jamie you will be given a 6-week training plan. The Zoom sessions will be recorded, and a link sent out the following day so you can catch up, if a live session is missed.

When: Thursday 11th March – Thursday 15th April

Time: 6pm – 6.50pm

Where: via Zoom (you will receive the link on the day of each session)

Who is this suitable for? This programme is designed to give you an introduction to cycling from all aspects including, specific sessions, skills and knowledge that will help you become a better bike rider! Enjoyment and learning is the focal point of this programme!

Cost:

– Free to Cycling Ireland Members.
– €10 for non-Cycling Ireland members. 


You will need:

– A set of rollers or a turbo trainer.
– A laptop/enabled desktop/tablet or phone that can access Zoom. You also need to register free for Zoom and download it before the session.
